Privacy policy

This policy covers us-carbon.com, operated by US Carbon Co, 10 Innovation Drive, Gillette, WY 82716, United States.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and the organization, role, area of interest and message you choose to include. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we have it

To answer you, and to carry on the conversation you started — about partnership, investment, samples and qualification, or employment. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else can see it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and standard server request logs on our behalf, and our email provider carries the message to us. Both act as service providers. We otherwise share your information only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship they concern is live. We are setting a specific retention period with our counsel and will state it here once it is settled.

Your choices

Write to info@us-carbon.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information, and we will honour them.
